как в описании. термоинтерфейс тонкий, не вспененый, но упругий материал. наклеил неделю назад на vrm soc и vsoc mos гигабайтовской материнки, сбил температуры под нагрузкой с 60 до 50 и с 83 до 73 градусов соответственно. (gigabyte b450m h и ryzen 3400g). клей вроде бы держится
