The amplifier is super, precisely equipped with quality components and a professional printed circuit board. It was packed well. The power is huge from such a small board ! I tested the maximum power when powered by 24V and with connected 8ohm speakers, power consumption was approx 50W, while the heatsink is practically without signs of warming. It is ideal in conjunction with a standard laptop adapter, I used for example an old IBM 16V-4.5A adapter and it works perfectly together.
Without a signal, there is relatively large noise at the output, maybe because of TL074 opamp on the input, but it does not matter at a given power. The only disadvantage of the module is, that when the power supply is switched off (during a voltage drop on the adapter), the output is not quiet, but the amplifier outputs a several rattles to the speakers until voltage is not away. You will need to use an additional circuit to turn off the speakers immediately when the power is turned off. I recommend.

Good seller received the Item pretty fast. There is no thermal paste under the heat sink. I tested it with a 1v 6amp toshiba laptop charger brick and it sounds just as loud as the xh-m543 which I already owned but was curious about this one. XH-M546 makes popping noises out of the speakers after turning off power for odd reason. The XH-M543 does not have this problem
